Meghani Capital was born from a family office with roots in Houston's entrepreneurial landscape. After the successful sale of a major retail energy business in 2020, the Meghani family turned their full attention to what they knew best: identifying exceptional real estate opportunities and building long-term wealth through disciplined investing.
What began as a private portfolio has grown into a firm that partners with like-minded accredited investors who share our commitment to quality, transparency, and smart capital deployment. Today, Meghani Capital's portfolio represents over $30 million in estimated asset value, with more than $12.55 million deployed across active ground-up developments in Texas — and a growing pipeline of flex industrial and retail projects across the state's highest-growth markets.
